Welcome to Lone Star Park Equine Hospital
Lone Star Park Equine Hospital (LSPEH), established in 1991, is a full service equine referral hospital located on the premises of the Lone Star Park Race Track in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Our goal is to create a team of winning performance and pleasure horses by providing excellence in diagnostics, medical and surgical services through a partnership between referring veterinarians, horse owners and our hospital. We provide 24 hour emergency care and have staff on site 24 hours a day. We also offer ambulatory care and on-site services at equestrian events.
Our specialty focus is lameness, respiratory, soft tissue/orthopedic surgery, and 24 hour emergency care.
An accurate diagnosis is the first step toward any successful treatment. To accomplish this, our hospital offers the latest technology in diagnostic and surgical equipment and a dedicated, well trained staff. Our practice has an on-site, state of the art, diagnostic laboratory with services available to other veterinarians in the surrounding area. We also have the privilege of having an on-site farrier, Kirk Staab, to work together with our team of veterinarians to provide therapeutic treatments tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
